- Project management, responsible for daily management activities and administration of mid-level project tasks, including performing reviews; submitting invoices; assigning staff responsibilities; supervising team efforts; providing input; and using experience and expertise to formulate and propose initiatives for strengthening management, organizational, and/or business improvement efforts.
- Conference and meeting planning, such as overseeing the details and logistics of meetings and conferences, to ensure maximum services at minimum cost to convention/meeting participants, trainees, and clients; ensuring that facilities meet specifications and obtaining necessary services; overseeing notifications for panels, workshops, training sessions, and seminars; coordinating with the client’s executive management to negotiate resources required to support conference/ meeting activities; and providing team and task input of both project phases and overall projects.
- Principal systems analysis support, such as evaluating existing program applications (e.g. cost, life cycle, standards development, and implementation plans); identifying areas of improvement and recommending program enhancements and modifications; investigating and correcting program-related problems and creating required documentation; interviewing customers, researching and documenting systems or processes; evaluating existing program applications used in meeting business process initiatives, identifing areas of improvement, and recommending program enhancements and modifications; and investigating and suggesting corrections for program-related problems.
- Program support, including planning, education, outreach, scheduling, project status reporting, and administrative support.
- Quality assurance, such as developing, implementing, and maintaining systematic approaches for ensuring high-quality services; establishing standards; determining requisite quality control resources; providing employee training; and monitoring results.
- Business management services, including phase-in, contract, and financial administration; management of scubontracts, task orders, budgeting, cost control, continuous process improvement; contractor purchasing, property management, and inventory control; and financial planning, analysis, preparation and reporting of annual project operating budgets, manpower forecasts, capital expenditures, and expenses.
