  • Provide System and Software Design, Development, Engineering, Test and Integration for NOAA Comprehensive Large Array-Data Stewardship System (CLASS), CLASS is NOAA's premier web-based facility for the archiving and distribution of petabytes of environmental data
  • Developed Earth Observing System Data Information System (EOSDIS) Clearing House (ECHO), which provides user access to NASA science data archives
  • Developed NASA Solicitation and Proposal Integrated Review and Evaluation System (NSPIRES), a web-based peer review managment system

eGovernment Solutions

  • Provide West Virginia counties PC/network support, including network support and custom programming projects
  • Developed Audit Detail Imaging System (ADIS), which allows all State agencies, colleges, and universities to eliminate paper from the Audit process, resulting in substantial savings
  • Developed VIAS which increases Property Tax Division computer system response times; speed increase comparable to dial-up vs. DSL
  • Selected as a WV- ITECH06 vendor to provide IT support for the State of West Virginia

Identity Management Solutions

  • Support the Department of Justice (DOJ) Next Generation Identification (NGI) as a team member with Lockheed Martin to upgrade the current Integrated Automated Fingerprint Identification System (IAFIS) with new and improved functionality
  • Perform research, development, integration, testing, and evaluation of biometric control systems for such customers as DoD (Biometrics Fusion Center), DoD Automated Biometric Identification System (ABIS), National Institute of Justice (Analytical Services [ANSER])
  • Provide biometric domain experience, including facial recognition, fingerprint recognition, iris recognition, palm recognition, signature recognition, voice recognition, SDK programming and Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) of commercial SDKs
  • Developed IntelliGate identity management product that provides facilities with dynamic access control that integrates multi-modal biometrics, sensor technologies, and security logic
